Peter Halliday is a very experienced, qualified employee who understands all aspects of the building industry. Peter obtained a BSc (hons) Degree in building from Heriot Watt University and is a member of Chartered Institute of Building. Gained a wide and varied experience, as well as qualifications in building industry. Knowledge of building legislation, land surveying, construction and architecture and design has been obtained. Peter has undertaken various duties from drawing, planning, quality control, estimating, tendering, budgetary control and interim and final accounts.

Peter started as a trainee architectural technician after which he worked for various local authorities and then building projects. Peter Halliday joined Finlayson and for a number of years has undertaken many projects throughout the country. He has been in charge of many new build projects, involved in Imaging Suites and hospital PFI projects.
